I need lots of water. I’m trying to keep hydrated. Summers in Phoenix
are dehydrating enough, then this on top…I try to drink lots of water. It is 107 degrees. Wet washcloths helps to cool my skin. The slightest moments in the sun are painful. I have to have my hat and sunglasses with me at all times.
